I keep hearing that we need to take some collagen peptides, but I wanted a vegan version. So happy I found this one! I don't know for sure if it was the collagen, but my knees are feeling less achy after a month or so of taking it. I know there are others out there with 3 kinds of collagen, but they contain ingredients from animals.

I bought this to use after surgery, because I heard collagen can help with healing. I noticed a pretty immediate improvement in my skin (smoother, more glowy, have been getting compliments) and after two months of use, my nails are growing like crazy! I've never been able to grow my nails out due to issues with peeling and breaking, but no more! This is the longest my nails have ever been, and I may even have to cut them soon. I had intended to only use this until I was healed after my procedure, but unfortunately for my wallet, I will have to keep purchasing because I am so excited to have long, beautiful nails and I cannot go back!

I trust Dr. Axe to sell reputable supplements with no unnecessary ingredients. These tiny collagen peptide tablets are about the size of my little finger nail and very easy to add to your daily regimen. Since I have added collagen (I also take a powdered collagen from Ancient Nutrition) my hair seems to grow even faster, my nails are stronger and I cannot keep up with their rapid growth. What I am not so sure of is less joint pain but that may be subjective as I can't think of any way to measure it other than testing pain receptors in your brain. I have noticed the disappearance of some cysts on the finger joints of my right hand. One was large enough that a healthcare provider thought I should see a doctor and have it lanced. I did not and it is now gone. In my opinion, one can trust Dr. Axe supplements and take them with confidence.

I definitely saw the skin changes. I like this product very much. It actually worked. And I like it because it’s Vegetarian friendly as well.

I was disappointed with this product for several reasons. First, it's a large bottle with 30 tablets that barely fill one-fourth of the bottle - what a waste of packaging. Second, so many of the tablets were broken up and there was a layer of powder in the bottom of the bottle. Third, they taste awful. Too soon to tell if they will help with the pain. I will not purchase again.

Hair thicker & nails stronger.

I've grown tired of collagen powder that claims it is tasteless, only to have it screw up my morning tea with a little big of awfulness. This is a great alternative for me to get the collagen I want. It is all natural and comes from a name I've trusted for a long time. Very happy with this.
