Fantastic size, price, and quality! I use this in my nut milk machine for more thickness , in baking, and making tinctures!!

I bought this for the breadbecker’s recipe but now add it to all my bread recipes. And I’ve also tried it in cookies 🍪. It makes the dough slightly more iridescent and creamy, which translates into slightly more chewy bread. It dissolves well with no effort. As I’m writing this, I’m making a mental note to add it to brownie batter next time bc I’m sure it would help them taste more moist and chewy. If you hate a dry brownie, you’ll probably love this in your bread! Another tip: I’ve tried most of the grain varieties and Kamut is the absolute best for freshly milled bread that tastes like grandma’s. And this canister is ginormous- I think it will last me at least 20 years 🤭. I make bread several times a month and after a year, can’t tell that I’ve even made a dent in this huge stockpile.

I bake all of our bread and find this product to do exactly what it is supposed to do. The container is a bit bulky so I transferred it to a large freezer bag for more compact storage.

Ordered this to try in my protein shakes. I ended up using it in my yogurt to make it creamy, now I put it in all my shakes and yogurt. Tastes good, no weird flavor.

I did a test after noticing not much rise.. made 10 loads over 3 days. 5 without and 5 with 2 table spoons of this product. Exact same measured recipe. No difference. Last expensive brand I bought from Amazon. Would make bread fluffy and rise higher. I dumped thus and I'm buying the expensive stuff. It's worth money for fluffy softer bread. When using wheat berries you grind yourself. Also only use table spoon of good stuff
