These have been doing wonders for me! I have been having liver gallbladder digestive issues, and I learned about Tudca from Dr. Berg videos on YouTube. I take two of these between meals, and they seem to help heal my digestion. What I understand is that Tudca is a specific type of bile that is replicating the bile from bears. This bile thins bile in the body and helps the body clear toxins and heal the liver and gallbladder and potentially helps clear, gall stones. I don't know for sure about the last point, but for me, it seems to be helping to heal my digestion. I go with anything that works and I don't want to have gallbladder surgery. I want to keep all my parts and get them operating in optimum condition. This seems to be turning things around for me along with stabilizing my stomach acid with HCl, and taking Stonebraker buy herb pharm, taking ox bile salts, gallbladder support from Dr. Berg., G.I., endcap from Thorne, which helps to soothe the whole digestive system, and liquid grapefruit seed extract, which helps kill bacteria if you can't take things like garlic or oregano, which are super drying! (I put the grapefruit seed extract in gelatin capsules, so I don't have to taste it. They were awesome!)
