cooling but strength of fan intermittent

Took this fan to a tropical country and it was useful, but the battery didn't last long and the strength of the fan was intermittent. I bought it because it had lots of good reviews, and didn't want the fuss of a handheld, but in retrospect I think I would use a handheld electronic fan instead

Just what I had been looking for

This is a brilliant fan the last one I purchased blew directly into my face making it difficult to do anything as it made my eyes water. This design is way better as it blows up and around from the neck so a more even cooling - brilliant can recommend
