Corkcicle Commuter Cup - Leakproof, Triple Insulated Stainless Steel Travel Mug with Ceramic Coated Interior - Gloss Powder Blue, 485ml/17oz

I bought this 13-Oct-2021 and I have been using it as my commuter mug on the days when I go into the office (I drive to/from work). So I used it for half of Oct, 3 weeks of Nov, half of Dec, and only used it the last week of Jan = so 2 months of weekday use. I've only hand washed, no dishwasher.The lid no longer works. It is stuck in the open position. Sometimes it can close but it takes 5+ presses on the lid, however all of the other times it now refuses to close (like this morning). I contacted the seller today 07-Feb-2022, and they responded saying that because it is out of warranty they won't send me a replacement lid.I spent $45 on this mug, I have a defective lid, and they won't send me a replacement lid?I really recommend you stay away from this brand and seller.

I bought this cup to used it at my office but I use it mainly for home. It amazes me how it keeps my coffee hot for long time. I would have given a 4 stars but the cleaning process lead to a 3 stars, I have hand wash the cup and it gets clean easily but the lid doesn't get clean really well even after scrubbing with a brush. I let it air dry but after a couple days of not being us you get a foul smell from the lid. It is a good product as it accomplishes its goal of keeping the liquid hot or cold. I have another CONTIGO coffee mug with a more complicated lid but it doesn't that foul smell

I used this product for my hot tea on my morning commute. It did not keep tea hot as promised. Tea was lukewarm after one hour. Back it went. Disappointed

I always buy Corksicle products, this has to be the worst coffee cup they ever made. Doesn't even keep your coffee warm for one hour! Thank God I was able to return it.
