Remarkable value.
This is a remarkable bit of kit for the money. Neat and attractive, it has a sturdy alloy case. It comes complete with Micro SD to USB connector and earphones for the FM radio. The latter works but, personally, I found too fiddly. The Bluetooth linked immediately to my Denon earbuds and amp, to produce reasonable quality sound. It is sold as an MP3 player but I was delighted to discover that it had no problem with my record collection, which is, for the most part, ripped M4a. I haven't tried all the features yet but the controls are simple and intuitive.Oh, and it also displays the time and date.

Very good value despite only 'good enough' sound
I had this exact model before but lost it; it is very slim and light, but it is also strong, being made of metal. The first thing to say about this mp3 player is that it doesn't have great sound. However it does have good sound, and that is remarkable considering I only paid £20 for it. Taking the price/quality ratio into account this player is very good value. The sound is clear and loud. It doesn't have that much bass though and unlike other Chinese mp3 players I couldn't find any sort of equalizer to adjust the sound. Certainly if you buy one of the mp3 players that cost £200 upwards you will get sound that is three times as good as this - superb sound in other words. Of course you would have paid ten times as much. This player came without a carry case but it did come with a micro sd card adapter so that you can copy music files directly from your computer to the card for quick transfer speeds. (If you try copying diectly to the mp3 player with the card still in the player it copies perfectly well but at a much slower speed.)Another plus: to my pleasant surprise the bluetooth function worked and I had no trouble pairing the player with my Bluetooth headphones.Overall I am impressed. Buy it.

Great little MP3 player at a good price.
Only had the player a few hours and I'm impressed. I found it a bit small and fiddly at first, my old player was much bigger, but that said I am getting used to it.Get a good set of Headphones/Buds (I didn't even unwrap the ones that came with the player) or a good Bluetooth speaker and you'll be surprised at how good the sound quality is. I'm currently using my TV sound bar and the connection was instant, I can take the player into the next room without loosing the connection. There is an equalizer of sorts which is OK, you can select The Album or the Artist, there is a favorite list, if you want and when you first switch on you can go to the last song played or start a new Album. The radio is OK but it needs the phones plugged to act as an Aerial, I rarely listen to FM anyway. You can use the player whilst it's on charge, I gather this is an issue on some of the other players. There's no internal Memory it's all on micro SD card and they supply a useful USB card adapter.I haven' t tried the the Ebook or Photos yet but such a small screen these seem pointless. So the sounds great, the price is good, the software's intuitive with lots of little features, i.e. loop, shuffle sequential, Equalizer etc. What's not to like? so far so good.

dont buy useless
its lucky its getting one star, as it is pure crap and useless , downloaded my artists albums only to find on holiday some files were corupted ie playing double songs , also could not see the screen in daylight of bright conditions as to the 3 lines top corner they did nothing , once playing a song screen is in dark mode and changeing track you then need to press on off button quickly to get back to artists, also found the centre butoon and arrows did nothing at times so its a waste of 18 quid so its you pay for what you get i think dont buy theres better out there , will i return it nope its lying at the bottom of the mediterainian sea

Good choice but Bluetooth weak
I like this player. I bought it because I wanted to go back to having a digital library on a smaller device, for running and the car - just like in the good old days of the iPod nano! This is good, and for the price is really good. However, the sound is good-ish... and I also found the Bluetooth easy to connect but a little weak for some reason. When jogging, I found if you turn your head away from the device, for instance, the BT would cut out, and then come back in when you faced the device again. Similarly, I found if you put it in a fanny pack, or in a case on your arm, the signal would penetrate the fabric, and again you would get an intermittent, or absent altogether signal. In the end, I've taken to jogging with it in my hand, which is less than ideal.
