I find the Gel doesn't work that much compared to Radian B muscle lotion. Which I've been trying to get hold of and seems to be out of stock everywhere. I'm wondering if the lotion doesn't exist anymore, which is a shame. I found it much better than anything else. So I'm sorry I don't recommend this Gel.

I often have pain in my wrists, which usually I buy ibuprofen based gels to manage with great results. Bought these to try based on price, and honestly didn’t notice any difference with it on. I also found it quite sticky compared to my usual cream. I won’t bother again, and will go back to my usual brand.

Not strong enough on my arthritic fingers.

I purchased this from a Boots store for myself and a friend, both for muscle-related pains. We both found this completely ineffective in reducing the level of pain. Both of us would strongly not recommend this product.
