I like this nose ring because its small and it doesn't come out easy unless u are in there cleaning the crap out of ur nose, which is what happens to me, apart from that, the item is as described. no issues with the material. I will purchase again from this seller.

I like this nose ring because it fits well. It’s a little hard to get in but once it’s in it’s great because it doesn’t fall out and it doesn’t show inside the nostril. It also sits flush witch is a big plus. The stone is small which is what I wanted since I have a professional job but it still sparkles. Only downside is that it was a little pricey.

BEWARE I don't believe this is nickel-free, as the seller told me.I asked before purchasing if this was nickel-free and the seller told me 'yes' so I went ahead and tried. big mistake, as I have had what appears to be a nasty allergic reaction to the nickel with which it is most probably alloyed. I had to remove it right after this picture was taken and obviously this caused my piercing to close as well. all those red blotches on my face went away after a couple days and I am waiting and hoping to see if the lump in my nose follows. sure hope it is not a keloid scar.also, as an aside, this may not be the best screw to use initially, as the post is quite short and does not allow much room for swelling from a new piercing. I had an excessive amount of swelling, probably due to the allergic reaction, so the diamond got buried into the hole and each night it formed a scab over the diamond. you can see in the picture how the diamond is completely engulfed in the wound.that said, it is a bummer because it is exactly what I wanted, including with a shorter post so the diamond remains flush to my nose.

For the price, this is great. It is 14k white gold. The diamond....eh....it's tiny (i know, there's a size listed) and I wasn't expecting the highest grade diamond ever but up close it looks really gray and the prongs kind of are bigger than the stone? It fits really well and it isn't going to come out on it's own, which is nice. This is small and you can't even feel it, well made. I think I will be purchasing the next size up though - if you want a nice sparkly diamond go with a bigger size! Shipping was fast.

Yes, I'd recommend doing your homework before spending more than $10 on nose jewelry. I didn't wear a screw for years because I was scared I couldn't put it in. I wish I'd known what I was missing. Screws stay put and if you size it correctly, you never notice it's there. So do your homework, test out different sizes. Screws come in different lengths and of course studs come in different sizes. I was looking for a tiny diamond that would lay flat. if you want a big sparkly diamond that people will notice as you walk past, buy a larger stone than this one. A 1.5mm diamond is TINY, still sparkly, but it doesn't grab attention and scream "Look at me." The 6mm screw size of this nose screw is perfect for me, but again, buy a cheaper nose screw and try it out. I like the stud to lay flat against my nose without so much extra post that it takes up too much space in my nostril. But 6mm might be too short of a screw for you to get into your nose (the curve is tighter than 7mm or 8mm sizes). I'm super happy with this diamond nose screw.

I still gave 4 stars because the quality of this ring is good. I bought the 1.5 carat bc I wanted dainty & the other reviews said it still has little sparkle. I'm going to post what I wish I would have known - I do not recommend a corkscrew ring for a first time post piercing change out!! I absolutely could not get it on. I watched videos step by step & I just couldn't do it. I had to bend it to an L shape with needle nose pliers. It wasn't bc it hurt too bad, I've waited months to switch it out. Just couldn't work it on. My only complaint about the ring itself is that it's beautiful in the package & a little less impressive on. Very minimal sparkle, but it is still a nice ring. If you want a "barely there" look, this one gives that.*Update* Because I had to reshape it, it wouldn't sit comfortably in my nose so now it's useless. I don't fault the ring for my inability to put it on, just an expensive lesson learned.

I have had a ball and post stud in my nose for 6 years but recently had to remove it for surgery. Couldn't get the gem screwed back on the post so I switched to a CZ L-shape nose stud. Sadly, that fell out every single time I washed my face, blew my nose, etc. and it looked bad, too.So happy that I found this corkscrew stud. It was easy to insert and does not fall out. I purchased the 2 mm and it is the perfect size for me - noticeable but classy. Fits flat against my nose and I can hardly tell it's there. Love the sparkle, too. Very pleased with my purchase.
