The Essential Nietzsche: Beyond Good and Evil and The Genealogy of Morals Hardcover – May 23, 2017

The book is of a very good quality. The sheets are very thick and the font is very nice. The only flaw is that it is very poor on comments and most of the Latin terminology is not translated, which makes it hard to read for a person which is unfamiliar with it. The German phrases and idioms are translated, though, well - at least that.Overall a nice book, of a good quality.

There are numerous volumes with the same name. This one has two of Nietzsche's works, "Beyond Good and Evil" and "The Genealogy of Morals". The other volumes have excerpts of numerous works. and dates back many decades. This book with two complete works is a good one. Nietzsche is not an easy read and perhaps having the full title may make more sense in the reading. The price was good and was the packaging and delivery. It is a good addition to my library in philosophy and theology...Bill

Often feels like someone was following him around the room and writing down random things he spouted out while he was thinking out loud.

This is a good quality print. I haven't gotten too far into it, but so far it seems like a good place to start to find out what Nietzsche is all about.

I am not the same person I was before I read this book! There is wisdom on every page!

Surprisingly heavy, but that’s probably the density of wisdom :) in addition to the quality materials used to make the book. Definitely illuminating as expected from Nietzsche

Great book! Cheaper here than in bookstores and came in perfect condition.

Yes, these three books met my expectations, the sentences, paragraphs and vocabularies are thoughtfully chosen by the these authors and profoundly written. Reading through, keep you thinking and thinking, thinking. The writing style in these books are quite different from many new authorship, nowadays. I will recommend them to any intellectual.
