I have no idea why the bad reviews! I received the screen yesterday and I only had to recuperate one cable and the thermal sensor from the old, failed screen. Easy to install, perfect conditions, and my iMac 27", late 2017 is up and running again - new screen, new HDs- upgraded to SSD.
