Does not have UK plug
Great product but came with a European plug which I didn't see mentioned anywhere on the Amazon page.

Not suitable for UK
Ordered on Amazon UK. Received but unable to use them as it’s an international plug.Avoid. Attempted to start a returns but unable to because they only use UPS drop-off point and there is no location information. Nightmare. Amazon was very helpful and issued a full refund anyway.

Not working and impossible trying to contact Philips
The on button is so tiny it’s impossible to know if these are on or off. There is a heat gauge which is the only way you know if the straighteners are on or not but the dual for this barely moves and nothing happened when I did try to move it. The straighteners have only worked once and I cannot get these to switch on at all now and have tried various electric points in the house plus various adaptors …they have a two pronged plug which I was surprised about but luckily I have a number of holiday adaptors. Anyway the main thing is I cannot get these to work now and trying to send a message to Philips via their ‘customer service’ chat etc is impossible. Maybe they might contact me as I’m fed up trying now !
