Like the others Have Mentioned, I’m surprised simply organic does not seal it better. However, with that said, I received mine and absolute perfect condition! I’m about to make an apple pie and I will use this in there as well as my pumpkin pie. My husband and I have both noted that it makes a huge difference in the taste of anything that I use in it. It smells wonderful as well!

This vanilla paste is perfect, my new fave. I like the richness I like the strong vanilla flavor and the little Speckles of vanilla bean always adds that visual presence of the vanilla bean.

It's a 1-to-1 substitution for vanilla extract so this is perfect if you want a better vanilla flavor that also looks the part with the vanilla seeds!

I am so grateful I decided to try this product. IT IS AMAZING!! it tastes wonderful in sooo many things!! I suggest anyone try it!

Ordered(1) Simply Organic Vanilla Bean Paste 4 oz. And (1) another brand, both came in the same box. Opened this one, used it, made Panna Cotta. The flavor is amazing, you can see all the beautiful seeds and the fragrance is awesome. However disappointing that the manufacture and the seller doesn't take pride in protecting the item. There should be a seal, once you open the lid you can see there is no seal to protect its contents. Just a small clear tape on each side of the lid to the container is not enough. The seller didn't protect by not wrapping it in a bubble warp, or brown paper or anything at all, and that's ashamed. There is room for improvement, product can easily be broken, or spill inside a box. Compare to the other brand received, it came inside its own hard paper container, protecting the merchandise. I haven't used it yet. So I can't comment any further on the other brand.

I have a variety of extracts I've collected from different brands, and this paste easily surpasses them all. In terms of smell and taste, it's amazing; while making cookies, my partner could smell the vanilla from across the room. It's strong, and tastes and smells lovely.Personally, I think one should use less paste vs. extract if they desire roughly the same result in a recipe, but that depends entirely on one's tastes. This paste is awesome, and the price is great [+ EBT eligibile!!] so I got a second just in case they ran out or changed their minds lol

No visible signs of a safety seal. Content was not a paste but watery, slimy with congealed glops of gum ingredients. Taste & smell more alcohol not vanilla. Trashed.

For decades we bought “regular” bottled vanilla extract & thought nothing of it. Then our eyes were opened once we started watching those baking shows & learned @ the types of vanilla & the differences in quality & taste. For years we then stuck with organic Madagascar liquid extract. Then, we thought @ buying actual vanilla bean pods but due to cost & being less convenient, we looked at alternatives. Paste seemed to fit our needs. This particular brand is So Good with a wonderful taste, incredible convenience, ease of use (exchange amounts are listed on the label), is at a price that we can afford & to us, seems to be a good value for a good quality vanilla bean paste!
