Does what it's supposed to. Please be aware that the spout is the diameter of a large finger and not narrow like some sold on here. Unscrew the spout, fill and use. No fiddly sucking/dripping water in or Lube obviously helps.

Good quality piece of kit, seems well made and is easy to use and clean. Stores with the nozzle securely inside which is really handy.

This is the third Bulb I've bought recently because no matter how much I tighten the nozzle water still sprays out from the join. I didn't have that problem with enema bulbs I've bought before no matter how hard I squeezed so I'm changing to a different Bulb hoping for one that is leak proof.

Not horrible edges, soft and easy to use, holds a decent amount of water and is easy to clean after. This is the most comfortable one we have ever used. Definitely recommended as good quality.

I don't know if the majority of buyers are aware of the proportions of this beast, but it is so long in terms of height and also volume of the bulb that it really needs two hands to be able to use with any sort of effectiveness, and it is very difficult to reach behind oneself with both hands and still be able to use any western upright toilets. Also the pipe is fairly wide, and while the design looks clever, having the nozzle openings in the sides of the pipe makes it hard to get the water out when it's so wide it's actually in contact with the walls up there, when you do manage to finally get it in, and you can't really sit down to relax because of the aforementioned proportions. A promising concept but needs some refinement, or maybe just suited to really tall people with very large hands and deep squatting hole in the floor toilets. I am 178 cm tall, for comparison's sake.
