Very well designed and made rollator
My wife switched to a rollator last year. That supplied by Medicare was functional but not adjustable. I have relegated the old unit to the back of the car and replaced the one in the house with this excellent rollator. The parts were well packaged in bubble wrap thereby preventing scratches or dents. The assembly instructions are pictorial. Each of the assembly points were clearly labeled. The fit for the frame and wheels were solid. The height of the frame is easily adjustable. The handles are a bit loose due to the manner of tightening which requires a 10 mm wrench to hold the bolt in place while tightening the star knob on the opposite side. One can tighten those handles to eliminate the looseness but I feared distorting the tubing. The soft rubber 10” wheels allow easy rolling over the flooring transition strips in the doorways. The seat height is adjustable by moving the wheel tubing in or out; there are 3 positions. The unit is foldable by lifting the seat, raising a recessed metal handle and pulling upward. While not perfect this is an excellent rollator which I expect to last quite a while.—————-As time has passed I appreciate this rollator more and more. While by no means a wheelchair I have used it quite a few times to transfer my wife from one room to the next when walking was difficult. The brakes hold well and due to the large diameter tires and hefty frame it is quite stable when sitting down or rising from it. I was so pleased that I bought a second one and placed it in the back of the car. The rollator provided by Medicare was almost a toy and has been donated to Goodwill for someone who has little.

A walker is like a purse- hard to fit all the needs
It is a challenge to find a purse that fits all the needs and sometimes walkers are the same! I have 2 types of walkers for my mom and they fit specific needs. The 4 wheel walker I am reviewing replaced a lighter 4 wheel walker with smaller wheels because I learned my mom had difficulty pushing the wheels over thresholds- the wheels would bind. My mom ( 87 yo. frail 5'2" 130lbs) loves this walker and the key is the bigger wheels (10in versus 6in). It is easier to roll and my mom has no problem going over thresholds to outside porch. The 10 inch wheels make a huge difference- just keep in mind bigger means heavier. This is not a walker my mom could lift on her own. The wheels roll easier over carpeting also. That was the major issue with the previous owned 6 inch wheels on the walker in the photo comparison I provided. See photo. This walker is used only in the house and I do not have to fold in car so I traded more functionality for portability. My mom does not use the seat to sit but to carry things . I Velcroed (Command strips also work) a nonslip tray and she gets her meals and stuff out of the refrigerator and places on walker. It is also handy for laundry etc. I added a few more cup holders and a hook for some "claws" if she drops anything. The cup holder that came with this walker is very "tight" you would spill a cup of coffee trying to get it in and out of the holder- there are better holders on the market. I also added another pouch for tissues, medicine- everything you might have in a purse:-). The outside pouch is more handy than under the sit- especially if you have things on your seat. Very convenient by the TV. The red color is actually a pretty pearl rose red. Anyway- it is not a primary red or fire engine red. Easy to snap together, nice quality so 5 stars for my application. As a side note, I use a lighter more portable (cheaper) 3 wheel walker for my mom for tight spaces like church, restaurants. and her bathroom where tight turns and small spaces are needed. I keep a 3 wheel walker in my car and I have a a light cheaper one we keep in her bathroom doorway- doorway smaller. She just switches from 4 wheel walker to 3 wheel walker at the bathroom door. In general 3 wheel walkers make tighter turns than the 4 wheelers if you do not have major stability issues to worry about. So that is a totally different application than this 4 wheel walker. I got all my walkers on Amazon along with the cup holders, bags and tray. Good luck whether you are a caregiver or on your own. Hope this review helps.

Super Heavy Duty - Suitable for Any Terrain
This rollator can go anywhere with ease. The oversized rubber tires make walking across not only grass but gravel, even tree roots, a breeze. The seat and backrest are much wider, better padded, and more comfortable than other rollators that I've tried. Plenty of storage space under the seat, plus a very sturdy cupholder. The only caveat is that because its such a solid, beefy piece of equipment its heavier than the standard rollator that I've used in the past. Which means I cannot lift it in and out of the back of my car by myself, my husband has to do it for me. It all depends on whether or not you can easily lift 23 lbs.
