I took this along with Benadryl at night. It seems to help better with these 2 combinations. I was coughing and coughing for hours after I would wake up. This has helped but I’ll still coughing a lot. I will update once I have taken it longer. It’s been about 2 weeks so far. In another 2 weeks I will update. This is MY UPDATE… I found out taking 1 of these and then 6 hours later taking another one (before bed) has made my cough 95% better!! I’m telling ya I had a major cough so bad it would make me throw up.. but now I just cough a very little. EDIT: OK now I’ve been taking it for several months and as long as I keep on top of it and take one every 12 hours and it works wonderful. I don’t think it lasts 12 hours so I started taking it about every six hours.

These work very well (like the brand name) but are not easy to find in stock which makes me sad.

This product works very well to slow coughing and make it more productive when coughing does happen. I can tell a difference when I use this. Works just as well as name brand.

Half the price of what I used to spend buying namebrand at the drugstore. Convenient because I don’t have to struggle with those little plastic tabs to remove each pill. I will definitely continue buying them.

This is the way to get these in the right size pill and right dosage and nothing but the one ingredient that you need! Just what one needs !

I found these 1200 mg extended release tablets to be less effective than 600 mg Mucinex. J get relief almost instantly when I take a 12-hour Mucinex tablet, but got very little relief from these tablets even though they are purported to contain twice the guaifenesin. For that reason, I can't recommend this product.
