Magnetic works great, but only if the car trunk is made of metal.

We put these out when our teen driver is at the wheel. He has a Lerners permit and these let others know he is a new and learning driver. These have a strong magnetic that sticks in all weather so far....sun, rain, and wind. This 3 pack makes it easy to use on any vehicle he is driving.

Great for a new driver! But don't leave on car for extended periods-I would recommend removing after each dare devil road trip! Honestly worked well for keeping NJ drivers off my new drivers tail when learning!

My son was nervous as a new driver because people were honking & driving very close, since he was driving slower than those who speed through the subdivision. So we got these to put on the car when he drove & it did the trick! Other drivers seemed to have more patience with his driving, which made him more relaxed. My only complaint (and this could be just our car!) is that they only stick on one narrow spot on the back of our car. And the magnet does not seem super strong. But again, it could be that our car has less metal for it to cling to.

My new driver was very nervous when other people would ride close behind her as she drove. Very helpful to alert other drivers to our new driver and they now back off and give her a little room. We apply them when she is driving and remove them when we get back home, so I don't have a problem with anything melting.

These are great bumper magnets. They are thick, bright and well made.
