Usefull for Small Changes in Weight
As described, useful for small changes for progressive overload. Nice finish, small weights are hard to find for Oly bars.

A good affordable change plate set
It is what it is. A change weight. That’s really about it. The actual weight is accurate to within a few ounces. I’m happy with them. For reference I use a rogue Ohio bar mostly. And an ez curl bar. Fits both as expected. 4 stars because I almost never give 5. Always room for improvement. But that’s just me.
