Instead of adding a layer of protection or visual upgrade, it actively causes damage to the vehicle's interior. The inherent risk of marring the factory-installed part makes this product extremely ill-advised. Users are forced to exercise excessive caution during installation and potentially even during regular use, indicating a design or material flaw that creates more issues than it solves. An accessory designed to beautify or safeguard should never pose a threat to the integrity of the original equipment. Fits nice and easy install on a 2023 Civic. The carbon fibre pattern isn't quite the same as the centre console on the Civic EX but doesn't look out of place at all. Nice and sharp looking overall
