I ordered this AAA alkaline cartridge two months back for increasing the TDS as during rains the input water TDS goes low and RO output TDS become late 10 to 20. I was looking for a solution to increase the TDS plus making it alkaline water. I purchased this catridge and added after the UV output of Kent Pearl RO system by myself. No mechanic required as it comes with required plugs. They also provided PH tester solution and I have been getting good quality alkaline water from the last 2 months. Very satisfied and highly recommended product

Don't Purchase This Product Very Bad Service . Customer Care Just gives the Service Guy No and after contacting 1 time phone gets switched Off .....This happened multiple times . They shared me 2-3 nos but after talking 1 time all no gets switched off. I recently purchased the Konvio Mineralizer, but the service has been disappointing. Despite agreeing to pay installation, no technician has contacted me to schedule it. The product is gathering dust, and I'm unhappy with the lack of follow-up. *Pros:* Product seems decent *Cons:* No installation, poor customer service Would you like me to modify this review? 😊

Guys this is my first ever review being associated with amazon and buying products from it. It is clearly the genuine and to the point review of the product. The product looks good outwardly, however, the most important thing is it should give the result for which it is made for. The product came with the 2 testers for alkaline and ORP value. The Result was absolutely good for Alkaline. Can be Rated 5 out of 5, however for ORP negative value it can be rated as 1 or 2 out of 5. Does not give the better / best result we are looking for. For Your Information (ORP) - ORP adds antioxidant we are looking into the water which is good for our body. So the more negative ORP, the better the product is and vice-versa. So, if you are looking for Alkaline water, the this is good, however for ORP negative value as i said it does not give the result we want to see. I hope this can help people who are looking to buy the product for both (Alkaline and ORP)
