I have tried several different brands and find this one to be the best. It's whole leaf and it can be brewed twice on the same batch. Which makes it last longer. There was a comment about finding dirt at the bottom of the cup. This is NOT dirt, it's just very small parts of the product. I call it the golden sip. The last sip in the cup with the very small particles are the powerhouse of the product.Will stock up on this tea.

I actually like the product, which contains good amount of loose leaves and the leaves are good quality and clean. After simmering in boiling water, you get this green solution that has this unique taste I prefer. Finally, timing for delivery is promptly.

I've bought 2 of these bagsso far. They come in light and moisture resistant packaging.I put mine in a coffee grinder and turn it into powder so I get the full effect. I take this primarily as an anti aging supplement, but it does help significantly with my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. I can tell when im taking it regularly and when I'm not.I also sometimes purchase another brand in pill form with a supposedly 20:1 extract. That also seems to work, but feels different.I'm not sure which is more effective, doesn't feel better or worse that I can tell, just different. But I believe when it comes to herbs (or food) the whole form will be better for you.You do get quite a few doses of this as a powder, but it does shrink down significantly. That's ok, you just get a smaller, powerful dose. So you don't need a whole spoon. I take 1/4 to 1/3 regular eating spoon daily.Do recommend this brand, 5 of 5 stars.

This tea comes as whole leaf, as if it was picked, dried somewhat and packed. Therefore, it seems fresh.

Have had a few different brands and this is by far the best I’ve received. Not a bunch of stems like some, mostly all leaves. Will buy again.

Funny about the flavor part - it's valerian, so it tastes like valerian (to me, not a pleasant taste). It really does its job.

There is too much dark sands inside dried leaf balls! Too dirty. I have to sock little leaf balls in water for a while. After the leaves hydrated, I stir them, then I saw lots of dark sands at the bottom of water. Even though, the leaves still have sands can't clean up.
