I have been a massage therapist for 16 years and have always bought extremely expensive massage lotion thinking you had to do that to get a good product. I decided to try and save a little bit of money and give this a shot and I am a customer for life!. Long lasting, moisturizing, no scent, not oily, I can't say enough good about it. Be advised that it does not come with a pump which you will need to be able to get the lotion out of the large bottle into a smaller bottle. Most of the pumps can be purchased online at Amazon and have a plastic extender that can be cut to ensure that you get all of the product out until the bottle is empty. I personally add a little bit of essential oils like lavender which leave a light scent and is excellent for Swedish massage

I use this as an alternative to fractionated coconut oil for clients who don't like the residue. The FX massage lotion is concentrated and allows for a long-lasting good glide. It sinks in and moisturizes the skin instead of just sitting on the surface. I like that it is unscented and comes in a,variety of sizes. It is priced well and I don't have to worry about it staining my sheets.

In my massage practice, I like a lot of glide for my effleurage tech. Been looking for scentless, gluten-free, lotion I can use in a pump. I was excited about the reviews and thought I’d give it a try. Unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations. I did not have any long lasting glide at all. I found it to have too much water content and therefore evaporated quickly during application. I couldn’t even get good tissue grip interestingly due to even a lack of viscosity—too much evaporation. The only reason I gave it 3 stars, is because it does leave the skin feeling soft which does last a while. I simply held on to it to use personally. I think it’s not a suitable lotion for massage but it’s a great standard lotion for soft feeling skin.

This lotion doesn’t give that weird feeling like a sun burn peeling. If your a massage therapist and have used cheap lotion that gives that effect you know what I mean. I’ve repurchased many times and have saved my business money by using this as opposed to those higher end brands from massage warehouse
