Mine didn’t either. Super frustrating. My daughter is autistic loved the fact that it rolled but that was about it. Ended up buying another backpack mid year.

Q: Is the lunch box insulated?

I got the panda one and yes it was really good quality lasted the whole year and zippers are made great!
