I’ve been using the Fast&Up Magnesio-Rest and Restore supplement for a few weeks now, and it has made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality and overall relaxation. I love the calming effect and wake up feeling energised. Highly recommend.

A must buy!! Have been consuming it regularly for few a week now. It has helped improve my sleep and now i do not wakeup in middle of the night due to stress. It relieves my migraine. Really like the flavour and is better than consuming magnesium tablets which distresses my tummy. Will recommend to try especially for those who have disturbed sleep cycle and migraine.
