Advised by gastroenteroloyist to take probiotics this was one on a list he gave me been taking for 3 months now and has really helped with my bloating issues would recomend this product

These capsules are easy to take and fit well into a daily routine. The packaging is clear and informative, and the product feels well made and reliable. I’ve had no issues using it regularly and would consider buying it again.

In probiotics, you need to target the precise strain, to get the outcome... taking a probiotic that doesn't name the strain is or could be a waste of money. The BLong 1714 is the strain that I want, that I can't find on it's own (hint to the manufacturer). What does clinical evidence reveal? BLong 35624 - IBS relief. Reduces digestive symptoms like bloating and gas. - 30-40% improvement in 1-2 months. - so 35624, is the probiotic for IBS and digestion. BLong 1714 - Improves Sleep quality and waking feeling refreshed - Modulates Stress response - HPA axis influences sleep regulation (often impacts Cortisol... reduced Cortisol means better sleep). These contain only 1 billion - so my best guess is 500 million of each strain, but I would like to see this confirmed in the Amazon detail./description. The strains work in a complementary way. Now, the big question, is can we use this to make SIBO yoghurt? Look up SIBO yoghurt and you'll see where I'm going with this.

Easy to take. I do feel having just started the second pack that they are beginning to help with the almost daily bloating. I will continue to take them.
