HohnerPro Harp Harmonica, Key of A

Marine Bands are best
I was looking for an A harp for 30 bucks or so and the Pro Harp was all there was. It's a weak instrument and worse of all the black paint scrapes off while you're playing, so you end up eating paint. I'd rather pay the extra cash for a Marine Band or a Special 20, if I want a plastic reed.

good harp
Special 20's are my cheaper standby, but I can blow them up a little too easily by playing too hard. The Pro series seems to have more durable reeds

Pro Harp Maybe
Been playing a special 20 for a few months. My wife bought me a Pro Harp key of A for my birthday. Hated it !!! Had good sound in mid and upper range low end was bad hard to play. I got more sound of air leaking than notes. Took it back got another one same thing. Took it back they were not happy (Guitar Center) tried it on their little hand blower and it didn't work on that either. I would say if you want a good low cost harmonica the special 20 series is hard to beat until you want to spend more money. I would not get a Pro Harp if I were you.
