Beacon Adhesives Foam-Tac, Adhesive, Clear, Mini-(6 Tubes)

Great adhesives for anyone who flies foam RC model airplanes. It is safe for all forms of foam without worrying about dissolving it.

The Beacon Foam-Tac Powerful Glue is fantastic for the value the ease of use, because I’m a hobbyist and the glue works great on foam. I’m glad I purchased it from Amazon.

Drys to strong bond in 30-40 min. Holds securely in 10 min. Not as fast as hotmelt glue to build with but much stronger and easier to work with. Won't fail while sitting in the sun treeson the ramp. My new go-to glue. Issue, The metal tubes can be very difficult to squeeze .

Foam-Tac is my go to for RC foam repairs. Actually by a lot of seasoned pilots. It's truly the best stuff out there. But it is pricey. If you buy the bottle and only use it occassionally eventually the glue in the bottle will cloud (oxidize) and begin to harden. Even your best efforts to keep it sealed will fail eventually. That's where these short use tubes come in handy. There's less risk of spoiling all the glue between sporadic uses. Price per ounce isn't as favorable as the large containers, but tossing out bottles before they're exhausted is worse IMO. At least keep some of these around and in your field kit. If your primary bottle fails you'll always have a backup to get you flying again sooner.

This is great stuff, my local hobby shop used to stock it, but they have to buy too large of a quantity than they are willing to buy so they have ceased stocking it. This is one of the best rc repair products out there. You can literally make a hinge with just this. For instance, I have an fms p39 980mm plane. I had a rough landing and the rudder flew off. I simply reattached it with a bead of this glue (apply bead wait a few seconds, connect, pull apart wait a few more seconds, then permanently attach and hold pressure for few seconds and done. Let cure for a few hrs or overnight for best results) and its as good (actually better) then new, it holds wonderfully and stays bendable after it cures thus allowing the rudder to move as it would have.

I did a valentines crafting event and bought these for the customers to use on foam rose bear kits I made up. Works great and convenient for crafting kits. 2-3 for a 20 cm bear with about 175 roses and depending on how many roses you have to rip off to place somewhere else.

La scoperta (per passa parola) di questo adesivo mi ha permesso di risolvere un sacco di problemi. Se avete bisogno di collegare in modo elastico due pezzi di carbonio, plastica, depron vetroresina anche di spessore minimo, addirittura mm 0,3, questo è l'adesivo ideale....non si stacca ed è facilissimo da posizionare Se avessi avuto 6 stelle gliele avrei date tutte

Easy to use, it’s clear, used to repair Foam RC plane hinge lines. Stronger than the foam itself. Pretty invisible on white foam. Great job. Pity it wasn’t available in a larger container at the time. Definately one for the RC foamie enthusiasts. Will buy again.
