Excellent Grip and Support — Perfect for Heavy Lifts! 💪🔥
These wrist straps are a total game-changer for my workouts! The grip support is amazing — they help me lift heavier without straining my wrists or losing control. They’re comfortable, durable, and don’t dig into the skin even during intense sessions. As a personal trainer and glute specialist, I recommend these to clients who are working on their strength training, especially for deadlifts, rows, and pull-ups. They give that extra stability and confidence to push harder safely. Great quality, affordable, and essential for serious lifters or anyone wanting to improve grip strength. Definitely a must-have in your gym bag! 🏋️♀️🔥

Great lifting straps
**1.5 Year Update at the end** I'm writing this review after about a week of using these straps, and my first impressions are that they are pretty good quality and do what they're supposed to do well. Before going into more depth, I want to clarify that I bought these just for back accessory lifts, mainly lat pulldowns and rows, both single hand and dual hand movements. I reached a point where I started maxing out machines and the limitation I encountered was my grip not being strong enough to hold the weight throughout the movements, and these grips more than solved that issue. Once I started using these grips, not only did I have an easier time doing movements, but my grip and calluses were no longer being tortured as I was working out, and after deciding to use them for other lifts, I realized that I could do significantly more weight than I previously could. Going into more depth, the quality of the leather is good, and the quality of the padding around the wrist when worn is alright. My one gripe with these straps is that when your doing movements using the grip in reverse as a tightly wrapped hook, and you release your hand grip slightly so that more tension can go through your wrist rather than your hand, the velcro portion of the strap that sits outside of the padding begins to dig into the skin and bone where the base of your thumb meets your wrist. Although this pain is definitely better than the torture my fingers and calluses endured before, I'd rather not have any pain beyond the tension endured by the wrists, and I feel this could be solved by adding a thicker padding in that area. My last issue with the leather straps is that whatever products were used on the leather itself, begin to come off if you happen to sweat on or get the straps wet, and will stain your clothing. Besides my two issues with the product, I would definitely recommend getting these straps for your lifts, they are great overall. Just don't get the leather version unless you dont care about staining your clothing! **UPDATE** So I’ve had these straps for almost two years now, and after constant use I can confidently reassure that these straps are great, HOWEVER there is one issue. I’d first like to provide some user tips as I see some other reviews agreeing with my previous point about the buckle/velcro strap hurting your hands; first, you should always wear the straps with the metal buckle below your pinky, not your thumb, and as you use the straps the padding will soften and the velcro portion will sink into the padding. The only quality issue I have had so far is the stitching, which after constant use will begin to fray and split until you’re pulling it all out yourself. You can expect this to happen after about 3-8 months of use, depending on how often you use them. I’ve even restitched them myself just to have the same issue occur and it can be irritating as the glue between the leather begins to soak up mositure, loosen and end up on your hands. Although this is understandable since unless you use wire to stitch these its an unavoidable problem and even then the wire would tear up the leather. Some people may consider this a big problem but thats how its going to be with any straps made of leather. With all of the stitching gone and even having one of the pads falling out from the leather, I still use them every time I lift, and they continue to work just fine. Do they look great like this? Maybe not for some people, but I like to think of it as them showing the work I’ve put in, and they have developed quite the nice patina as a result. Overall I would definitely still recommend these, just don’t be too surprised when they start to show wear and use them properly, if you do that you’ll be satisfied

Hand saver!
These have so far saved my little baby hands in the gym. Very easy to use and comfortable. Definitely provides some protection that I'm thankful for. I'm still using them today and no noticeable wear so far.

Most effective load transfer wrap IMHO
I row 10,000 meters a day ( machine; 68 y.o.) and began experiencing tendon problems in my right middle finger from gripping the bar overhand. I tried some old power lifting straps, straps with pre-formed steel palm hooks, etc. This is the product I use daily. I set the bar as far back on the pad (/closest to the grip) as possible and then position the tongue to go over and curl inward over the bar. When you do this use your fingers and a kind of ratcheting movment of the hand you are working on. It is easy to to one-handed with a little practice. I do this with my thumb and fingers all over the top of the bar. If it loosens, you return to the ratcheting or you can grip with underthumb grip, and re-tension to take up slack. The result if properly positioned at your wrist is a notable load transfer off of your fingers and a feeling of that load on your wrist/whole hand. It sure alienated my tendinitis. One criticism - perhaps confined to black/red color is the the tongue color rubs off on, and will discolor, other leather surfaces such as found on the palms of some gloves

Good for Lifting, But Beware of the Dye Staining Your Hands!
These straps are good for lifting and provide the necessary grip support. However, my main issue is that the black color still comes off and leaves stains on my hands even after several months of usage and despite me washing it multiple times. The functional quality is there, but the persistent dye issue is a major complaint.

long straps
i have small hands and the straps were too long. Wrist strap was fine, it was the deadlift strap that was too long. Other wise, nothing wrong with product

Durable
Improved my lifts so drastically. My sweaty hands always limited the amount of reps completed
