KJV Giant Print Bible Standard

I absolutely love this Bible. The design is simple yet elegant,nothing flashy, just a classic, timeless look that feels meaningful and durable. The notches along the side with the book names are such a thoughtful detail! They make it so much easier to find what I’m looking for quickly without flipping endlessly through pages. The giant print is another huge plus. It’s clear, easy on the eyes, and perfect for long reading or study sessions without feeling strained. The pages are thin like most Bibles, but the text doesn’t bleed through badly, which surprised me in a good way. It’s the kind of Bible that’s perfect for daily reading, study, or gifting. Everything about it,from the layout to the readability, shows quality and care in how it was made. I got my boyfriend another Bible from this brand and he loves his as well. He has had his for a while longer than I’ve had mine and it has withstood well, no tears or anything. It also great that our pages line up and have the same numbers!

This is a great giant print Bible. The pint is legible, and the passages in red are a little light but still readable. There are references and thumb indexing. Line-matched. Verse finder and concordance with maps (which if you need large print, you probably won't be able to read). The cover feels good and is soft pastel floral with the quote in gold on the front cover: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord", with "thoughts of peace & not of evil, to give you an expected end Jermiah 29:11" on the back. It's a little thicker than my other giant print, and a little shorter - much better feel in the hand. Has one dull green ribbon that matches the foliage on the cover.

This giant print KJV is exactly what I wanted for comfortable reading and study. The large, clear type makes long sessions easy on the eyes, the red letter text highlights Christ’s words without feeling gaudy, and the faux leather cover feels sturdy and looks classic. The ribbon marker is handy for keeping your place and the layout is spacious enough for quick reference without being bulky. This Bible is absolutely STUNNING!!! It arrived in wonderful condition, and the colors of the flowers are so beautiful. The gold gilding is a lovely addition, as well as the thumb index. You don’t often find that in this price point. The green bookmark was a perfect choice for this Bible, as it plays off the pinks, blues, peaches, and whites very well. It’s really nice to have Jesus’ words in red, as well as a great concordance, verse finder, one year reading plan, and colorful maps in the back. I really appreciate the very large print for my 44 year old eyes. I’m so excited to begin using this Bible! I have been wanting a new Bible for a while now, so after looking at a lot of offerings, I settled on this one. I wanted a simple Bible with an attractive cover and this one delivered what I needed. It is the King James Version and is not designed as a study Bible or a bunch of side notes. I just wanted the pure experience of reading the Bible. As per the norm, it does contain the words spoken by Jesus in red letter print. The print size works well for me, not overly large but not too small either. I really love the outer design of this version of the Good Book. I know that such things are not really of any importance to God's Word, but I just wanted something a little different from the plain black cover that I have had throughout most of my life. I am very satisfied with my purchase. It is comfortable in my hands and is easy to read.

This Bible is wonderful. The giant print makes it very easy on the eyes without feeling oversized, and the red lettering is clear and beautifully done. It feels well made and special — perfect for daily reading or study.

I got this Bible for my 12 year old daughter, and she loves it. In fact, she’s helping me write this review right now. She says it helps her learn about God in an easy and understanding way. In the back, there’s a verse finder that has many topics and many verses about it. This is how she does her Bible studies and she loves it. It also includes a map in the back and a one year Bible reading plan. And as long as you get the right highlighters, it doesn’t bleed through the pages. Although, the pages are thin, but as long as that doesn’t bother you, it’ll be just fine. Last but not least the cover is very durable and beautiful and my daughter wouldn’t trade it for anything else. Definitely recommend!!!

The pages are extremely thin, often making it difficult to turn the pages. It is well made just should have used thicker pages even if it made it thicker and heavier. The pages are thin enough to read the next page through the page.

It’s the first time I’ll be reading the Bible seriously. It is written in old English so i think i’ll buy another Bible in modern english to understand it better. The font is big enough to read, but the pages are too thin, I’m afraid I’ll tear them.

The fourth man in the fire in Daniel 3 is actually the Son of God and not a son of the gods, so it's the correct translation. However, the paper is quite thin so when you are reading, the letters on the other side of the page shine through, making it difficult to read.

This is a lovely Bible that has been manufactured to a high standard. I don't usually purchase Bibles that are vinyl bound, but I'm delighted that I made an exception with this one. Also, it appears to be tightly stitched rather than glued. The cover is very attractive and a pleasure to hold. Though the cover is vinyl, it's quality is high and feels a bit like leather. The print size is 14 and perfect for me. I found that most "giant" print Bibles are actually only large print (10-12 point). This one is very easy to read. The Bible isn't oversized like most giant print Bibles, instead it compares with any normal size Bibles. So you don't need to have failing sight to enjoy reading this one. It is the King James Version. I have a poster that read, "If it ain't King James, it's not Bible", so you know where I stand on the Bible Version debate! The footnote references are obviously not as easy to read as the text, but I found no problem with them. That said, I would advise the manufacturer to do two things, both of which would improve the book itself: 1. I would get rid of the references as they are not needed and there are no indications in the text to suggest that there is an accompanying reference. Since this isn't a study Bible, instead it is a simple reading Bible, the references ought to be dropped for a cleaner paged Bible. 2. I have never liked thumb tabs, which this has. I suggest that these are removed too. My reason for this seems obvious. Usually someone with failing sight is going to purchase this Bible, but the print on the tabs will be virtually, if not completely, unreadable for such people. Sometimes the tab cutouts come extremely close to the print, thus making the page look a little ugly. Since the pages have slim margins I think the tabs could be dispensed with. Why do I not like tabs? I have seen Bibles tearing at the point of the tabs. My two points are personal observations and in no way suggest that this isn't a quality Bible. I would buy it again if I was purchasing for someone else. I am very pleased with it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a giant print Bible that is still a handy size to carry around. If you are considering buying this, hesitate no longer.
