Is the “no wipe top coat” the same as the basic beetles “top coat”?

How to get the pastel chrome color shown on the third picture top left corner? White base or clear base?

It will show with a white base or a clear base. The color really only shows when the light hits it at an angle. I used it on a clear nail set once. You could even put it on top of black, that has a cool effect too.

Are they still useable if they are broken? Mine came with 3 broken ones where its just powder now. Will they still work?

Yes. It is a mineral/fine powder. It will work!

Dear, Here are the removal process: 1.Gently buff and file the nails surface to remove the top coat. (✰Key Step!!!) 2.Apply enough nail gel remover to cotton balls/pads and place them on your nails. 3.Cover your nails with nail clips or wrap them with aluminum foil, wait for 10 -15 minutes. 4.Remove cotton and clips/foils, use an orange stick/cuticle pusher and scrape off the polish. 5.Clean your nails and apply hand cream/cuticle oil if necessary. Please note that incorrect removal process will cause your natural nails damage!!!Don't peel off straightly by hand!!! Kind regards
