It came with a damaged package and the inside balm was in bad condition as well. Not sure if this is the real farmacy balm.

This is a great cleanser and a little goes a long way. My order was made during warm weather so it was melted and had shifted around in the container. The consistency remained largely unchanged and has been as effective as a cleanser. I might refrain from ordering again during warm weather but it is a great cleanser.
