I have been taking red clover supplement for 2 weeks .. it helps with menopausal hot flashes, dry eyes & vaginal dryness at 63-year-old. Before the red clover supplement I had to use my reading glass (#2 power) to read fine prints due to dry eyes. Now I can read fine prints WITHOUT glasses. If you can’t swallow small supplements this one isn’t for you. Won’t be as easy swallowing. They are larger in size and you have to take 2. I have incorporated this not just for my immune system but for menopause. The ingredients are the main reason I chose this brand. Gluten free and vegan. I will know how effective it’s been once I take blood work again.

Works for me!
This product has mostly fixed my hot flashes and night sweats. It took about two weeks to get the full effect, taking one capsule twice a day, but since then, I rarely have a night sweat, and I have one hot flash per day at most. If I miss a dose, I feel it, so I'm pretty sure this herb is making the difference for me.

I purchase red clover bc I’d heard that it was helpful with joint health. On the days that I remember to take it, there is a very noticeable difference (for the better). I’m significantly more mobile for a longer period of time.

I was recommended to take this to clean out my blood. I did and when it was time to start my monthly I had no pain cramps or symptoms. I just started. This is included in my daily intake. The pills are easy of swallowing, no known side effects. Smell like a normal herb. Was worth the money.
