My bottle arrived without a seal. In other words, when I opened the cap, there was no protective seal. Is this how this product is supposed to be?

Wow! Mine had one but it was broken as well and the inner seal inside the cap also was not there. I was surprised at how loose the cap was and amazed I did not have oil all over the rest of my other items.
