I had been out of minerals for a month. And really had lots of arithris pain in back. Got it because the price was reasonable. Although the amount one takes is larger than my other minerals. It started helping after 3 days. The flavor is okay. I got the raspberry flavor. It is not bitter like many. That is a plus as many are hard to use because of the bitterness.

I've used this in 2024, now again. There's nothing out there I've found as effective, to ensure minerals are present to help with vitamin absorbition of food. This stuff works even on skin rashes caused by enviornment. I used it for a week and my skin and health improved 100% within 72 hours. And the price is half of what I used to pay. Get it.

This is a great way to drink my minerals. I add it to my water bottle with a few drops of liquid stevia. This helps keep my electrolyte levels in balance because I exercise frequently and sweat often. The taste is pleasant and the price is nice. Do not be confused by other reviews stating the SEALS have holes in them. That small circle on the seal is how the machine attaches and vacuums the seal onto the bottle. I have ordered this product for YEARS and have never had a seal that was inferior or unattached.

Great addition to my daily nutrition

A friend of mine put me onto this when I complained I thought I had non clinical thyroid problems. She said she thought she did too, but this gave her all kinds of energy. And it's not too expensive, was about $10 but has gone way up, 50% increase and more! Not thrilled with that, but it has helped enough I will keep buying. I do suffer without it. I guess I'm addicted to not dragging around half dead all day. The new raspberry has a pleasant flavor, unlike the old stuff, but is still thin like water. Why glyphosate is still on the market is a frustrating question, as it is a huge part of our problems. Saddest part is, if it were not for our horrible farming practices, our food would naturally have all the good stuff in it already! But no, now you gotta buy what always should be in there. So yes, IT WORKS. Pity our farming methods don't!
