They do the job I got them for. They ate a great fit as you can adjust according to your wrist side

Very poor quality. I bought these on 08/09/25, used them for the first time on 15/09/25, then while doing an exercise on 19/09/25, the whole strap ripped off halfway through the exercise. Complete waste of money.
