Best Sea Salt imo

Best tasting salt to use for pretty much anything
This is the only salt I buy to cook with. It makes everything taste way better and people actually think I'm a good cook when I use it. It has the umami to it and the grain is a little thick. It is amazing value for how much you're getting and I use it in literally everything. This is the type of salt I grew up using to make laulau and kalua pork. The benefit is that I can order it from Amazon instead of trying to bribe my relatives to send it to me.

absolute magic
I was skeptical when a friend sent me a bag and said it was the best. Sure, sea salt tastes better than table or kosher salt but how much different can it be from other sea salts? I was in for a surprise. This is far and away the best salt I have ever used in a culinary capacity. So much that this is the only salt I use in the kitchen and grinder. It adds something, I cant explain why, to all of my dishes; definition and at the same time a slow and subtle sort of evolution of flavor profiles that I was unable to achieve before. Even a simple over easy egg is a different experience.

Hawaiian salt! So ono!
Being from Hawaii now living in Oregon this is a much needed staple. Mahalo!

Hawaiian Salt
I bought this primarily for cleaning my cast iron pans. It does a great job of removing food and cleaning up oil. It’s a natural grit and safe to use. If and when I need larger grains of salt, I use this as well.

Best stuff ever
Table salt is for losers. If you want a good tasting salt, and love to cook this is the stuff for you

Good salt, too fine for a grinder
The quality of the salt is good, though it seems more "salty" than other sea salts I've used. In my opinion, this is not course enough for a grinder. It causes too much salt to be dispersed with each turn of a grinder.
