MG Chemicals 419D Acrylic Conformal Coating, Clear Finish, 12 oz. Aerosol

This does what it says. There are other coating types they offer, but the acrylics seem sufficient for my needs. One minor note: don't even think about spraying this indoors. The solvent that used is REALLY pungent and "chemical" smelling....much more intense than spray paint. I hung my circuit boards from an outdoor clothesline, sprayed them, but then it started to rain before the coating was fully dry. Even taking the boards inside while the coating was still a bit wet stunk up the house.

Works for what I purchased it for, marking trails on trees that only I can see with the correct flashlight.

Item showed some wear and tear, spray nozzle was missing. I cannot even return it because it’s a flammable item...

I've used several cans of this for conformal coating printed circuit boards. Great product!The latest shipment of a can of the spray did not have the plastic cap on the can to protect it from accidentally spraying. There was no cap in the box when I opened it. In shipping the can had been bounced around and depressed the nozzle spraying the coating inside the shipping box. Fortunately the other items in the box were not damaged.

I live in a hostile marine environment, I used this product to treat, hopefully, against corrosion on a new solar inverter. I’ve averaged only 3 months usage out of the last 5 inverters 3-7000 watt all died of corrosion.Inverter has been running fine after 3 weeks 🤞Update: 3 months after treatment, solar maintenance man just did quarterly maintenance, he opened the inverter and reports that the electronics look like new. Big difference from other inspections.I like this stuff and have begun to spray it on anything that can corrode.

Using this to waterproof my esc and reciever so hopefully it is worth the 5 stars and my expensive parts don't give out lol
