Please spread out and expose the item to the sun or light,then they can glow in the night better! Place stones directly and they will glow amazing. If you get up in the middle of the night and walk into a dark room with the product, you will see it glowing brightly. Cute for crafts
Used these stones for a kid's craft project in Vacation Bible School. The kids loved them! FWIW, I don't find that the stones light long enough to be used for outdoor walkways (as suggested in the advertisement) but for simple crafts, they 'rock'! :)Each rock has sufficient smooth surface to be used with an adhesive, if needed. We used self-adhesive magnetic tape to place the rocks on cardstock projects. They were a tad heavy for use on thin cardstock so use at least medium weight papers to support the stones.

Hush little glow stones....wasted time.
Unfortunately, these do not glow in the dark as advertised. I live in California and we have had a very hot summer this year and I left these out in the yard to soak up the sun for an eventual surprise glow. Boy, was I surprised when they was not ANY glow at all. I had my kids try to then collect them that night and they couldn't even see them. It was almost as if the reverse happened and they went darker than everything else. Do not waste your money like I did.

I do not recommend this product !!!!
I just liked this product due to the fact that I left my pebbles in the sunlight for 24 hours. The pebble rocks are not very bright at all and I would not recommend this product to anyone. I am very disappointed due to the fact that I just purchased a home and wanted to use the pebbles in our yard. I will just have to help f I dislike this product due to the fact that I left my pebbles in the sunlight for 24 hours. The Padawan are not very bright at all and I would not recommend this product to anyone. I am very disappointed you to the fact that I just purchased a home and wanted to use the pebbles in our rock yard. I will just have to Purchased them from a different company and hopefully they will light up brighter and last longer. I'm updating the previous review. Reason is the company saw the review and they were extremely helpful and even sent me new stones to try. I followed the instructions they sent and the new stones shine better than the previous one purchased .(Junk don't bother . Looks nothing like the picture. Maybe if you put it in a bowl and look inside you can see the glow.)

We need equal amounts of colors for our project.
My daughter and I are doing a project. The main colors we get we have a ton of green a ton of pink very little yellow very little orange very little white very little cold and very little turquoise. We need to have an equal amount of colors just like in a rainbow. We are doing a special project and we need equal amounts of colors. I am going to order four more orders and I hope the colors will be more evenly distributed.

The customer service is nice. After my complain, they contacted me right away and gave me some good advice. Guess what, it worked! But remember you have to put these stones under the sun during daytime, and at night, they showed glow. Thanks a lot.

ALL NIGHT LONG
I purchased these for a little friend who has a fairy garden. They are plastic, which is fine, but I wasn't expecting that. I had them in my room before giving them away and they charged with just daylight... AND... they glowed all night!
