One of my unexpected adulting displeasures is buying so many different filters for so many things. Why are they always so expensive? But luckily these are both a great item and value. I feel a little less like a cranky grandma having to buy these filters. They fit the Samsung fridge very well, no issues and the water droplets from the fridge water do not leave a water buildup mark so I know they are doing what they should.

Fits great, water tastes great, great price. Will continue to use these for the life of this refrigerator.

Not sure how you can love (5 star) a water filter but it is working and not leaking , knock on wood. The main difference from comparing this to the Samsung is the Samsung has 2 rubber gaskets on the nipple part of the filter and this has only 1. I guess as long as the 1 gasket on this is securely in place and seals perfectly there shouldn't be a problem. However, what keeps water or any fluid from leaking when rubber gaskets are used in anything from filters to cars engines, is the actual gasket. So if the Samsung has 2 gaskets in a row and this has 1, clearly the Samsung is the safest bet. I can't figure out why they wouldn't use the same amount of gaskets since the cost of a small O ring gasket couldn't possibly exceed 1 cent is ludicrous. You can see when they are side by side that the only clear and obvious difference from the outside is the O rings or ring, why not just add the second one for safe keeping?. I guess there has to be some kind of logic but not sure if it's USA logic/Japanese logic/Korean logic orrrr Chinese logic.Probably the latter I would bet about %99. The point is, 2 gaskets are better then one but $10 is significantly less then $40 or $50 so I'll see how this works and as long as the single O ring keeps water in and not out then I guess this is a good buy. I'll follow up at a later time. It's been a few weeks now. Crossing my fingers.

Da der Amazon Filter derzeit nicht vorrätig war, hatte ich mir die Alternative zum Wasser Filter gekauft. Auch wie beim Originalen oder bei alternativen Filter gibt es kaum Unterschiede, da wir sehr hartes Wasser haben fällt es sehr stark beim Wasserhahn auf, aber beim Kühlschrank ist alles soweit Kalkfrei. Somit hat das Produkt keine Einschränkungen und erfüllt sein Zweck.
