Fantastic item - really helps to reduce pain 😀
Easy to use, 2 minutes maximum to heat. Comfortable wrap around chest, back and/or abdomen. Effective for approx 20 minutes while analgesics kick in. More convenient than a water bottle, can strap on and walk around freely. Love it - fantastic value for money and marvellous gift ☺️
