I’m usually easily distracted, listless, and getting things done usually seems to be a challenge, so after learning that most ADHD afflicted people struggle with lower levels of dopamine, rather than take prescription drugs, I figured why not give my brain what it needs. I’ve been taking it for over a week now and so far, I notice I am more focused, sleep better, actually have vivid dreams that I remember, and I just feel less angsty in general. Seemed to increase my energy and ease my depression a bit and help me have more positive thoughts. One surprise, it seemed to somehow help my eyes focus better and improve my vision a little somehow! Maybe better circulation from the Ginkgo?

It’s very expensive it gives no pain relief. It’s good quality for money does not put me to sleep so I’m not sure about what it’s supposed to do but for me what I use it for it works and at 25 bucks a bottle you have to make it last
