Great shower
Great product other than having to disassemble the rising rail to fit the wand holder, a complete novice could get into real problems and damage the seals getting it back together. But other than that a really nice looking shower when fitted.

Shame some parts are cheaply made
While the design of this is nice, some parts are cheaply made. The first time I ordered I received a scratched product, which was replaced. The second time the item was then installed and used for two weeks, but the top holder which is supposed to hold this to the wall gave out - the adjustor is all made of some cheap plastic so easily bendable and not sufficient to hold the weight of the shower.

Fault in 2 months
The shower valve has broke already, it’s been going like warm and colder and now freezing , I’m a plumber so I know the thermostat cartridge is broke , can I get a new one sent out?
