Excellent customer support!
After about a month, I had an issue with the tumbler acting erratically and jumping from low to high speed, changing the number of days, and shutting off, all on its own. It starting beeping constantly and ultimately I had to stop using it. I contacted customer support via text and described my issues and Daisy quickly responded to my concerns. She assessed the symptoms I was described and ordered me a new control panel also sent me a video on how to install it. I received the new panel, installed it and now my tumbler is working like it is new again!Daisy was very responsive and professional to all my texts and very helpful in getting my issue resolved quickly. Thank you Daisy for the exceptional customer service!

Product works great, but unresponsive customer service.
The tumbler works great! BUT, i texted the company as advised, requesting the additional free bag of rocks to tumble. I also inquired about a missing text line in the printed instructions. I received absolutely no response! I hope I don't have a problem with it, as I won't expect a reply. UPDATE: The company said they never received my communication. Once they see this review, they immediately responded and sent us 2 bags of rocks. Thank you for making it right!

C1 Rock Tumbler Kit - problems within 2 months
UPDATE 03/2025: I contacted the company and they sent me a new base after I sent them the details of the problems I was having. I don't know if it was the problems we were having with the unit, but the rocks upon the finial finish did not come out super shiny as expected. When we get back from vacation I'll be testing it out again from start to finish with the new base, and will re-update my review then.So I have mixed feelings on this rock tumbler. We got it as a Christmas gift for our child. We didn't start tumbling the included rocks until February. At first, the unit worked well and everything was progressing as we expected. Then small issues started to crop up. The buttons on the unit were not working as expected and you'd have to push a button a few times to get it to register. Then the countdown for the number of days would not project the correct days left. For example, we would actually be on Day 4, but it would keep saying that 9 Days were left in the cycle. Even if you tried to change it to the correct day, it would always reset to 9. So unless you stayed on top of the tumbling days, you'd be off. We haven't even gotten through the entire 4 cycle rock tumbling period (currently just finished cycle 3) and this is only our 1st go round of trying out the machine. And it hasn't been in use constantly...we've had to do some traveling and have turned it off/unplugged it during those times. The rocks are still getting tumbled and are getting smoother and smoother, but I really expect a device like to perform better after only barely 2 months of use. I'm worried something is wrong with the control panel, and that isn't an easy fix like a belt replacement....it's a problem with the unit itself.So like any normal person, I contacted the support email in their user manual about these problems....and have gotten zero response back. Other reviews have noted excellent customer support but that has not been my experience. Very disappointed! I cannot recommend this product.... the problems we've experienced after only a couple of months of use coupled with the non-existent customer support is a big NOPE from me.

Great customer service
Excellent customer service. I had a problem with the base / motor of my rock tumbler. They sent out a new upgraded replacement within one day of my email to them. I have purchased 3 units from them for family members over the past couple of years. I have always thought they had a great product but it's nice to know if a problem comes up they have no hassle customer service also.

Good tumbler and customer service
The tumbler itself works well, but all the belts broke within 1-2 weeks of use each. I reached out to the email listed and received more belts a couple days after confirmation. Customer service was good. It’s an excellent tumbler for the cost, just be prepared to have to reach out for more belts.

Great tumbler and even better customer service. When you run out of bands (and you will), just send them an email and they'll send you a pack of new ones, no questions asked. Really great company. Tumbler has been polishing rocks for my daughter for many months now without a single hiccup. They must be US based.

Great product. Used for 8 months then the motor went bad. I contacted the company to evaluate the problem. They were extremely prompt in replying and resolved my issue within a day.

Amazing service!
I purchased some rubber rings for our rock tumbler but one of them broke. I emailed the company about this and they so kindly sent a batch of replacements. My tumbler is working perfectly now without any issues. This was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Super easy to get ahold of, very understanding, and kept to their warranty promise! Woiluld 100% buy from this company again and recommend to all my fellow rock tumblers!
