The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Use this if you want near pinpoint accuracy on your plug gap. Also came with feeler gauge set if you don’t have one. This setup is far better for gapping than the ring style which I also have. First unit I got locked up and could no longer unpin to loosen but they sent a new one and it’s been fine. Value for money:Good price and build quality for what you get.

Have used several times still sharp and cutting thru filters perfectly. Easy to use. Fits every filter I have needed it to. Has not giving me one issue works perfectly

Good, basic kit. Allows you to gap down your plugs pretty easy. The machining isn't awesome, so it feels a little sloppy but it works. Comes with a set of feeler gauges.

Red Finish is nice. Tool works well. I had a few spark plugs to set the other day. Having a good size wheel with good thickness is a big plus. If wheel was smaller or thinner, it would be more difficult or more uncomfortable on your fingers to bend the spark plug ground terminal. The screw is easy to turn, but you need to have screw press tightly to get ground electrode to bend and not spring back as much. I needed a gap of 0.035. I found that I needed a feeler gauge of 0.032 or even 0.030 to bend electrode and have it spring back to 0.035. Using a feeler gauge of 0.035 to bend electrode to 0.035 isn't going to work. You have to downsize the feeling gauge that you select to fill the gap when turning the wheel. But once you select the right one, you are set. I was working with NGK Power V 7252 copper core with nickel terminals. I use an accurate gapper tool to verify that spark plug gap did get set to 0.035. Make sure to verify using your feeler gauge or some other gap measurement tool.

A little small for my spark plugs. Not really haha. Fits perfectly and works exactly as needed. Set spark plugs inside, set gauge and tighten down to specs. Simple design that works great.

Nothing wrong with the quality or design but the feeler gauge only gauges up to .035 which most cars now are from .040 up to .055 but the .035 gauge had a thinner gauge next to it which made it come out to .040. You just have to add enough thinner gauges to get higher than the .035.

A must buy if you need to adjust spark plug gap. Don't bother using the built in gapper on feeler gages and ending up damaging your plugs. The build quality is solidandnit holds the plug securely while adjusting gap. It does not take much turn to adjust the plug. The easiest way is to have the spark plug gap pointing upward for easy access of feeler gage. Note that if you exceed the minimum gap, you will need to open up the gap again which this doesn't have the capability. So take your time and and easy on turning the knob. Most spark plugs are pre gapped to vehicle spec.My 2 step colder plugs were around 0.028 and and the recommended gap is 0.022. This is the perfect tool to do minute adjustment. The price is very affordable and I got this at a discounted price also. The anodized red is really nice and the logo too.
