Does this work for switch lite?

Yes, it will work for the switch lite. Once you get them, go to the nook mile machine in the town hall. Then choose the option 'Invite a Camper'. Once ready, place the backside of the amiibo card on the right side joy con. Then wait till "That's (character's) Amiibo!" Pops up. Then boom! You now have access to invite Sanrio themed villagers to live on your island, or to buy their merch in nook shopping. :)

Does it work with animal crossing: new horizons?

Yes it works just fine on ACNH, not one issue with the cards.

Do these work with copies of the game from north america?

Yes. All Amiibo cards are region-free, meaning they work with any system from any country.

It says the language is italian, what does that mean? Does everything the villagers say show up as italian?
