I was wondering what that top portion of the umbrella was and then I realize the umbrella's fabric is in two pieces. The dividing part overlaps allowing water to not see pin but air to escape, preventing localized fogging under the umbrella. Absolute genius!

I had high hopes for the Kalolary 62-inch golf Umbrella, but it failed to live up to its claims. Despite the advertisements boasting durability and reliability, my experience was far from satisfactory.Issues I Encountered:Not as Tough as Advertised: The umbrella's "extra durable" construction didn’t hold up against moderate wind. The canopy bent, and one of the ribs snapped after just a few uses. For something marketed as a heavy-duty product, this was incredibly disappointing.Overpriced: Given its lack of durability, the high price feels unjustified. There are far better options at a lower cost that actually deliver on quality.Awkward Design: While the size is convenient for coverage, the folding mechanism is clunky, and it’s not as compact as advertised. It’s too large for easy travel but not sturdy enough to justify its bulk.Final Thoughts:This umbrella might work for light rain, but it’s not the rugged, reliable product it claims to be. I regret spending so much on something that broke so easily. Save your money and look elsewhere. 1/5 stars.

The one I received is not what I expected. The ribs or tip parts are rusty and old. Looks like it has been used.

Bought this for my son to keep in his backpack @ college, but it was too heavy so I ended up returning it.

This umbrella is not made of quality components. Umbrella will not open or close properly. There is also rust stains on the inside seeming like it had been used before. New items shouldn't have rust spots.
