Favorite flavor. Super solid. Only thing I don’t like about Liquid IV is the price. I got it on sale for $16 (a dollar a packet) and that felt reasonable. I won’t dock it for that however because this stuff is awesome to give me a boost for the day. I have a weak stomach and this doesn’t negatively affect me whatsoever.

The Tropical Punch flavor is a favorite, though it's a bit much if you mix as directed in 16 oz of water. I typically add it to 32 oz of water and it's perfect. I carry it when walking on the beach or hiking and typically have some handy when working in the yard on a hot summer day. Great way to get a quick energy boost.

I have a difficult time staying hydrated. I never liked using sports drinks because of the high sugar and scary artificial colors, etc. I use Liquid I.V. and my elderly father also uses the product now. We both like it and have had positive results.
