Nothing included in the delivery of this purchase to me that would indicate a warranty. I have had two of these for about three years and they are still just like the new one. You will not regret the purchase of one or more of these ice packs. I also have purchased one for my 95 year old mom who uses it every day. Q: How long do it stay cold

I keep mine in the freezer. It stays cold well after the recommended time of 15 to 30 minutes of application. I put a towel over the skin before applying. I found it doesn't stay cold enough for me if I keep it in my fridge. It has a good coverage area

You can put it right on your skin, however if it's too cold, I sometimes will put a light towel on my skin & then the ice pack
