This stuff is delicious and the perfect seasoned vinegar for sushi or just to make rice for “deconstructed-sushi”! They switched to plastic bottles this last time and I really don’t like that. Although I love this stuff when I find a replacement in GLASS I’ll switch to that. BOOOO on the plastic bottle change.

Very good sushi vinegar. I have used this product for 10+ years. I use this for sushi, sushi rice, pickles salad and marinade. Packaging switched to plastic. Lighter bottle.
