Major pain reduction
I have a trigger finger that triggers primarily when I sleep. I've tried other 'sleeves' and they keep my finger too stiff so my hand aches. This is a perfect solution. It keeps my finger from triggering when I sleep but let's it bend a bit so my finger and hand aren't sore in the morning. I can't sleep without it. I highly recommend it. I hope you get the same relief I have.

It has a good point to it
The product itself is quite nice. It has comfortable fabric, however it is not a good fit. The part that reads Irufa comes off my palm and just doesn’t offer any support but it does allow you to move your finger to a certain extent for the same reason so it’s working for me only because I wanted something that can avoid my finger being slammed or jammed into random objects as I go about my day to day. That is what was causing more pain and preventing the healing so this helps as a cushion but I don’t see this being a 5 star product, it does beat going to a doctor for a regular splint that will do about the same thing. It’s worth a try, if it doesn’t help, just return it.

Made a HUGE difference with m6 trigger finger
i had been waking up in the night with my middle fingers curled up and “stuck”. I put this on my finger and my hands no longer curl up in the night. I still have a little discomfort from whatever the underlying issue may be but this little brace has provided immense relief. I have figured out from a comfort standpoint it is best to not slip it all the way down my finger - there is plenty of room for the brace to work if it is still .5 inch off the base of my finger. GREAT help for me.

Didn't work for me
I strained my first finger by the knuckle and continued to exacerbate the injury with ongoing work each week. Needed something just to stabilize that area. This did not work at all for me. I ended up buying a different product that worked great for my injury, using a wrap bandage (way too bulky) and putting some white stretch bandage on it (that worked good too).

Brilliant design. just brilliant. Avoids splinting with the next finger. Removable, washable.
This inexpensive little support is so comfortable, avoids adhesive tape splinting to next finger. Lightweight. Should be available round the world. Get two - like glasses, you'll misplace them.

Nifty, helpful device
Great little device with help with trigger middle finger. I wear it mostly at night and it seems to help with day time use of finger. Only trouble it, it is small and easily misplaced - like reading glasses!

Comfy for nighttime wear
I wear a hard plastic "Oval 8" small splint on my trigger finger during the day, but use this Irufa one at night--it is much more comfortable, soft, doesn't wake me up. I'm happy with it.

I've been experiencing terrible knuckle and finger pain in my 2 middle fingers and needed something to stop me moving them. I didnt want a full hand splint so I shopped around and this product had the best reviews. I bought 2 and wear one on each finger next to each other. They they really really help and are giving me some much needed relief. Its expensive but i dont mind if it's going to work.

Early days in terms of prolonged use, but a couple of comments to offer. Likely customers have different requirements for a suitable Trigger Finger splint, so I guess there's no right or wrong style of product. The IRUFA product described here fits my needs perfectly. Some reviewers do not like the fact that it doesn't keep their entire finger straight. Unless I'm mistaken, it's not supposed to. An inexpensive, metal, padded splint that fits over the top of the finger is best solution for that. However, those kinds of splints do not protect the area within the hand that needs strong padding where the cause of the locking finger is located. This product does two things: The splint (at the base of the finger) prevents the finger from bending all the way into the palm of the hand, while still allowing the tip of the finger a degree of flexibility. The support the splint provides will, nevertheless, prevent the finger from fully bending and locking into position. The second (and most important) aspect of this product is that the splint extends down into the palm of the hand and fully protects the area where the tendon is inflamed and where the source of the pain is generated. This is a saving grace, as banging or knocking this area of the hand can be wildly painful. Simply twisting off the cap of a jar has the same excruciating effect. In summary, the upper part of this splint is preventing my finger from bending fully into the palm of my hand, which would adversely lock it, and the elongated portion of the splint fully protects the palm side of the hand where the tendon is inflamed and where the most amount of pain is present. Can be worn at night for protection and to avoid finger becoming locked, and/or can be worn during the day while undertaking normal tasks and duties. Moderately expensive at first glance, but well worth the expenditure if it continues to provide the protection my finger and palm demand. Delighted with how inconspicuous the splint is compared to similar products advertised. The most that other people observe is the 'Velcro' strap round the base of a single finger, while the splint itself is relatively hidden from view. Can't yet talk to its prolonged durability but contemplating purchasing a second product within a month as a spare. After three cortisone shots and one surgical operation over twelve years to the same finger, none of which have permanently corrected the issue (research says that they generally don't), I'm convinced this particular IRUFA product is a suitable and convenient long-term alternative. Early days, but impressed and relieved.
