Appalling Bluetooth connectivity

Great design, feel, colour and packaging...yet at the moment of truth the Top Secret fails to deliver. Bluetooth connectivity to the heavily promoted free Connect app., drops out at a range of 45cm. Satisfyer email customer service - curt and unhelpful when seeking support. The company is also not keen to honour its advertised 15 year guarantee when prompted. Another Bluetooth product failure in the world of teledildonics.
